I am a first time home buyers. I told Sara what I wanted in a home and she went out and found exactly what I asked for. Helped me get my offer in fast and was always on top of her game. I know I would be unhappy if I went with someone else. 100/10 would recommend Sara Avery.

Sara went way over and above in so many ways to help us get in our very first home. The seller was taking awhile to get a contractor to look at the foundation and she took it on herself to find one for them. She was always responsive to text and phone call and email.
